She asks us to be quiet. Even those who struggle to speak and are sure they need to figure out how to do it better, do it more, and with grace. She grants us the gift of realizing that we don’t have to say anything. The pressure dissipates. We let go of being misunderstood. We let go of people pleasing. We let go of the grasping to express ourselves in a way that everyone can interpret how we intend -after all, that is an illusion of possibility. She reminds us that every single one of us in living in our own reality and it’s a wasted effort to be understood. With this foundation, she also honors the need to relate and commune with others and the value of being able to express our needs and boundaries. For it is her who aides this to happen in a clear and vibrant, effective manner.
She calms the insecurities that make us panic when we are misinterpreted or fear we are unliked. She does not care what anybody thinks and will instill a healing salve for the worry and social anxiety that you may carry around this.
